RETURNS
Customers can return any unused non-customized, and regularly carried stock merchandise, purchased from Pacific Athletics or Pacific Rugby Supply up to 5 days after receipt of the order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Please package merchandise securely and in original packaging, using UPS shipping, or US Postal Service Insured. Items returned without the original packaging, after the 5 days after receipt of order, or special orders of items that are not stocked regularly in our inventory MUST be approved. If the return is approved, it will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Please keep the tracking number in a secure place.

- Item(s) returned and reason for return
- Return Authorization Code given by Pacific Athletics & Rugby Supply
- Preference of crediting the charge card (if you used one for the purchase) or exchange (include item requested)
- Customer Account number and Email address

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 5 days after receiving your order, The Pacific Rugby will accept returns. You must email Pacific Rugby at pacificrugby@aim.com to receive your Return Authorization. No Return will be honored without a R/A (Return Authorization) from Pacific Rugby After 5 days, shoes may not be returned unless from Factory defects. Returned Items <p>
All Unworn Footwear that are being returned need to be returned in the "original shoebox".<p>
All defective shoes will need to be called into Customer Service for replacement. Replacements are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for replacement is no longer available, either another option will be offered (of equal or greater value) or a credit will be issued on your account. All Sales are considered Final and No Cash Refunds will be offered. <p>
Normal Wear and Tear is not warranted on any merchandise, and therefor can not be returned.
Exceptions to this return policy:
No customized or specialty ordered items can be exchanged, refunded or returned. Customized items include, but are not limited to: numbered jerseys, screen-printed t-shirts, or embroidered polo shirts. Specialty ordered items include, but are not limited to: rucking pads, goal-post pads, goals, benches, shoes or apparel not regularly carried in stock such as warm-up suits or uniforms. Customized or specially ordered items can not be returned. Please also note Pacific Athletics & Rugby Supply adheres Primarily to the Manufacturers Return Policy especially if items are being drop shipped. Please review their return policy First.
